Be supported while you gain the skills and confidence to create an independent life.

We understand it can sometimes be challenging for people with disability to find work and many people who want to work are missing out because they don’t necessarily tick all of the boxes required to meet a traditional job role.

At C2A Work Connections we offer tailored supported employment, job seeking and transition services which will support you to discover your own unique skills, talents and passions, and we’ll use them to find a job role that is right for you.

C2A also have vacancies in our supported employment crews in various positions.

C2A Work Connections operates year round (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Skills and Training

Learn job and life skills with your friends

Are you in your final year at school and want to get a job? Our programs help prepare you for work in the real world. You’ll learn new skills, meet new people and work towards finding the ideal job for you.

If you have a goal to move into paid employment but you aren’t sure what sort of work you’d like to do or maybe you’re not quite ready, we can also support you on a 1:1 basis to access short coures, volunteering and work exerience opportunities in your local community.

Our aim is to help you learn the skills you need to be work-ready. We know that finding and starting a job can make a positive difference in someone’s life and their wellbeing for the long term. Based at our Frankston hub, let’s work together to discover what interests and strengths you have that could lead to career opportunities.

School Leaver Employment Support, or SLES, is a new NDIS support which may help you.

SLES is about giving you the skills and confidence to help you move from school to employment. It offers individualised support for up to two years after finishing year 12 to help you get ready for work and plan your pathway to employment.

SLES supports will be tailored to meet your individual employment goals which may include:

  • work experience in open employment
  • job skills training (finding and keeping a job)
  • travel training
